When I first purchased this beautiful watch, I love the gemstones and I loved the energy the stones represented.. The first watch I purchased in this stone did not work. It did not lock in place and I could not get it on or off easily. I sent Cape Diablo a short video and they immediately replaced it for free - absolutely love this company and will for sure make another purchase from them moving forward. Great quality products and great customer service.
